Milk Moms made the process of getting a breast pump so quick and seamless. They worked with my insurance company and took care of all the ordering, saving me from having to figure out my insurance details - a huge win for a pregnant mama already busy chasing after a toddler! Plus, they have all kinds of pumps on display so you can see how the pumps work before buying (how loud they are, how easy to assemble, etc.) highly, highly recommend working with Milk Moms!!

Each encounter I have had with Milk Moms has been fantastic! Their website is easy to navigate, their representatives so personable, and fairly quick shipping. My insurance gave me a list of companies to purchase a breast pump through, and I'm so happy that my provider suggested Milk Moms. I first used their website to determine which pump I'd like, then placed my order. Soon, someone called me to review my order with me. I told them a few others I was looking at, and they patiently listened before reviewing the benefits of the one I chose. They noted the next steps needed, which I was able to complete soon after and had my pump within 2 days! After a month, I received a text that I could order replacement parts and bags. I called to confirm what my price would be after insurance; free!! Of course, the person I spoke with listened to me was as courteous as the first one. I was about to just get some parts that I anticipated wearing out sooner, but they suggested all parts possible so I had a back up on hand. This order came in about 4 days, but the representative I called told me this would likely be the timeframe so I was prepared for this. Should I have any further questions or concerns, I won't hesitate contacting Milk Moms as I know their service is top-notch!
